For payload program managers initiating or scoping a launch campaign. All feasibility inquiries begin here.
The official intake point for heavy-lift mission campaigns — four routed channels for payload program managers, a 24/7 Mission Operations Cell, and one procurement-grade request for mission feasibility.
Every inquiry is logged against a mission record before it is routed. Use the directory below to direct your request to the correct desk — procurement officers and program managers should default to the Mission Intake desk, which is staffed by ex-launch mission directors.

For active campaign anomalies, range holds, and on-console emergencies for in-flight integration campaigns only.
Main operating base. Site visits require 10 business days' notice and an executed MNDA on file.
Preferred first contact for ESA member-state missions, European constellation operators, and EU export-control filings.
Mission intake is answered around the clock by ex-launch engineers — not a sales queue. Our 24/7 Mission Operations Cell hands off between Cape Canaveral, Bremen, and partner ranges so a live campaign always reaches a human in under fifteen minutes.
Three geographically distributed ops cells rotate coverage so live campaigns always reach a director on duty.
Intake correspondence handled natively in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, and Arabic.
Continuous engineering coverage across UTC−10 to UTC+9 without a hand-off gap longer than fifteen minutes.
Median first-response time for inbound mission-feasibility inquiries in 2024 — substantiated, not auto-confirmed.
A procurement officer's first email sets the tempo for the entire campaign. The four panels below specify who answers, what they handle, expected response time, and what to include so the first reply is substantive.

Mission leads are routed to the Feasibility Review funnel so they are answered by a Mission Director — not a generalist inbox.
