Falcon Heavy Launch has sat between operators and the launch pad since 2014 — owning compatibility analysis, fairing allocation, regulatory filings, and ground operations so mission directors can focus on orbit, not paperwork.
CHAPTER 01 — ORIGIN
Falcon Heavy Launch opened its doors in a single repurposed hangar at Cape Canaveral with a thesis that has not changed in ten years: heavy-lift campaigns fail in the seams between organizations, not inside any single one. Our founders came off integration desks at SpaceX and United Launch Alliance, where they had watched otherwise excellent payloads miss windows, overshoot mass margins, or arrive to the pad with paperwork the range would not accept.
The company was capitalized to do one thing — sit between the operator and the launch provider, hold the compatibility matrix, write the regulatory filings, manage the fairing allocation, and run the ground operations. We do not own a launch vehicle. We are deliberately independent of every launch provider we integrate for. That positioning is the whole company.
Ten years later, that single hangar in Florida is paired with a European operations office in Bremen, a 24/7 Mission Operations Cell, and a team of 112 engineers and mission directors across nine countries. The thesis has held.

Every credential below has been re-verified within the past twelve months. Copies of certificates, scope statements, and facility clearance letters are released under NDA during the feasibility review.
ISO 9001 — Quality Management
Scope covers campaign design, payload compatibility analysis, integration procedures, and post-flight review across the Cape Canaveral and Bremen operations centers.
AS9100D — Aerospace Quality
Configures our work for flight-critical hardware handling, configuration management, and first-article inspection discipline expected by prime contractors and national agencies.
ITAR & EAR — Cleared Contractor
Facility clearance, controlled access, and a documented accountability system allow us to receive and route U.S. Munitions List and Commerce Control List data end-to-end across our two operations centers.
FAA / AST — Interface Readiness
We file payload notifications, payload reviews, and trajectory coordination packets directly into FAA/AST systems and three launch providers' planning stacks, shortening the licensing pathway by weeks.

Our job is to make every launch vehicle, every range, and every regulator equally accessible to the payload owner, with no preference and no hidden allegiance. Independence is not a marketing line for us. It is the only position from which on-spec separation is honestly possible."
