Group prayer vigil at West Oakland’s De Fremery Park – The Mercury Information

With 46 homicides up to now and counting, dozens of folks in West Oakland amassed to hope for peace on Sunday.

Native clergy, group contributors, Mayor Libby Schaaf and Oakland police Lt. Aaron Smith, representing Police Leader LeRonne Armstrong , who had a CNN look, attended a one-hour group prayer vigil at De Fremery Park.
